Pros: The host was responsive in communicating, except for not wanting to tell us how to check into the property until the day we moved in. The view was partially blocked, but still very nice. The balcony was large and useful. The kitchen was small, with small but adequate appliances. The location was very good, except difficult to find upon arrival. It was near several good restaurants and on the internal bus system. It had a new washing machine, which we used almost daily since it didn’t hold much. The location and decent view were its best assets.
Cons: It is not a house, but rather a one bedroom/one bath apartment. The furniture was sparse and ill suited in our opinion; we would add a second bed on the main floor where there is currently a living room. The only bed is in a loft, accessible by a steep staircase. It would be fine for younger people, but older people may find it unsuitable as there is no bathroom on the loft level. The shower in the bathroom is very small, but there is an outdoor shower on the balcony as well.
