A luxurious villa that stands out above the town of Positano with its pompeian red façades and terraces attracting the attention of anyone visiting the town below.

This unique estate features 5 luxurious rooms, 7 bathrooms, a private spa, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a deluxe kitchen, gorgeous halls, antique furnitures, frescoes, painted ceilings, but also modern amenities such as air conditioning, wifi, flat screen tv and music sound system indoor and outdoor.

After stepping into the main gate, on the ground floor, guests will find themselves in a fairytale location, a kitchen decorated with majolica tiles, stone archways and a grand fireplace. The dining and living room have antique furniture and wall paintings.

Through the villa’s grand staircase you can reach the first floor where you can find two suites both with bathroom, decorated in a typical Baroque style, that carachterizes the whole villa. Both suites have a terrace overlooking the sea and the coast. One is dedicated to Isabella d’Aragona and one to her husband, Alfonso.

On the attic floor, there are two junior suites, each with two single beds and ensuite bathroom, decorated in a welcoming Mediterranean style. Both suites have a unique view, one has a private terrace overlooking the sea and the garden.

There is also a cozy single room, decadently decorated, with its own private bathroom on the landing.

The estate can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 double rooms and 1 single room.

A maximum of 2 extra beds, located in the suites on the first floor, can be arranged if needed at an extra cost.

The estate features an impressive Spa with indoor heated pool ( 8mx3mx1,20-1,94depth)with massage jets, sauna, calidarium/frigidarium, hammam,shower treatments, massage and relaxation area and direct access to an outdoor terrance with a sundeck and hot tub(4,25mx1,10m)

The grounds include a garden paved with traditional Vesuvian stone, an outdoor gazebo and flowerbeds with Mediterranean trees such as citrus, fig, and pomegranate.

The villa\'s staff (cook, concierge and maid) will welcome you and take care of you during your stay.



PRICE INCLUDES:

Staff: three people (cook service, concierge, maid) 8hrs per day, gardener/maintenance man 4 hrs per day. Extra time €35/hour each. All the staff will have one day off duty on rotation per week – chosen by the villa - during your stay.

Porter service (included 1 luggage only per person) on the day of arrival is included from 4:00pm till 6:00pm. Before and after the time indicated or on Sundays or for any extra luggage the cost will be on the guest\'s charge. -A welcome dinner is offered by the villa only for guests staying at the villa (beverages are not included). For any additional external guest (up to maximum 9 people totally, including the guests staying at the villa) an extra cost will be asked; the client must communicate to the villa manager, at least one day before whether there are additional external guests and the exact number, in order to calculate the extra fee.

NOT INCLUDED:

€ 10.000 refundable security deposit, it will be kept from credit card before check in and released upon departure if no damages will occur.

€2000 cash deposit for food and beverage. Food & beverage and extra services to be paid on site.

Staff extra time: € 35 per hour and per person.

Laundry service: if required, it will be taken care by the maid and the cost is € 35 each load (10pieces)

Parking: approx € 30 per day for a car and € 50 per day for a van and Valet service

The city tax of € 1,50 per person per night is required from the Town Hall of Positano (from April 1st to October 31st) and needs to be paid cash upon departure. Children under 10 years old don’t pay.
