”The breakfast was cooked to order, plate and food was lovely and hot and very tasty.. The rooms were very clean and we stayed a couple of nights so had our water - towels - milk refills done after the first night..the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had our family get together on the Sunday after Christmas so we pre ordered our meals for our large family & table and everything we ordered was spot on!! Could not fault this hotel and staff. We will now be returning a few more times...

”We had a truly wonderful stay at The Packhorse Inn. We stayed in Warren Room which was really lovely a very comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. Areas of the room and the hallway leading to it are a little tired looking stained carpet and areas of paintwork could be refreshed. The food was absolutely amazing we had roast beef and sticky date pudding for our meal. Lovely service the waiter was very helpful and attentive. Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions.
