”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful right on the lake. It’s absolutely beautiful. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired. The room was outdated. Didn’t have one hook in the bathroom to hang anything on no sink area or vanity for you to get ready in the bathroom. It had a weird sliding door that didn’t have an actual door knob or handle. It was like a piece of metal that ran odd and if you shut it all the way it would catch, and you would be locked in...

”Pool water wasn’t nice(not clear) so I wouldn’t let the kids swim. We stayed for 5 nights and they never made beds or took out garbage even after being asked. Wasn’t the cleanest to begin with but bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.”

”We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -...

”The space was very clean and comfortable and dinner in the little café was surprisingly good. I thought our suite would have allowed for a bit more space on a balcony to play cards outside, but that was not the case. We found the walls to be somewhat thin. Overall cleanliness and staff were both great so we would stay again.”
