”They went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing and will for sure be back for a longer stay”

”A good stay in Houston. Nice staff and clean rooms. The noise from the street was quite disturbing, otherwise would have liked this place more. ”

”Always a pleasure staying at The Lancaster. The staff is incredible and always make us feel like family. They will go out of their way for their guests. From Sam greetings at valet to the front desk always smiling. The new renovations look great too!”

”Great room and the staff were very attentive.”

”Close to game”

”I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful.”

”This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Typically, even in a $200 per night hotel the linens on the bed make me feel itchy. Not once did I feel itchy at this hotel.”

”Very nice helpful staff. Very clean and luxurious. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Houston. If you like luxury The Thompson is the right place.”

”This property was very nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars... The parking is very sparse & I think it is not cool to have overnight guests who are already paying to stay also pay to park. Just add it to the room rate upfront. But that's just me... The other issue(s).... there are two late night bars/clubs right beside this hotel that were very loud all night long. We got in about 12:45am & these places were still rocking well beyond that & the noise came directly into our room...

”Great stay”

”The property was very clean and a convenient location. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was how loud the highway was. I didn’t get much sleep because of it, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Breakfast was also good.”

”Awesome place, best location at the heart of the downtown”

”The property was beautiful. Valet staff were always kind and welcoming. Front desk staff were very minimalist and unwelcoming, unfortunately almost dismissive. I acknowledge it’s an only hotel however did not expect the taps to ring at a high pitched rate whenever we ran the hot water. All in all the hotel was beautiful but the experience was ok at best.”
