”The water was shut off to my room without notice. When I asked the front desk clerk, the maintenance worker was there and gave a dismissive answer when I asked when it would be restored. Overall the front desk clerk (Mike) and maintenance person were dismissive, if not curt about the incident. When the water was finally turned back on there was quite a bit of water - hammer causing debris to come from the faucett.”

”A lot of mold on the shower curtain. Clearly, the curtain hasn't been cleaned for a very long time because mold does not form from one day of not cleaning. There was no body lotion in the room either”

”This hotel was very unexpected, I’ve never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before but this was very convenient to the event I was attending this weekend. I was very pleased with the comfortable bed, size and complete overlook of the room. It was a nice away from home stay and I would go back there again in the future. Highly impressive!”

”Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern.
