”Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go...

”Room and bathroom very spacious, quick check in, staff very helpful, excellent breakfast, car park on site - that was extra but happy to pay. Bed very comfy.”

”Staff were great, and very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good selections for food and a relaxing bar for after. Area is a bit out from the centre but within walking distance. Also area is quiet for this reason. Recommended.”

”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much...

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”
