”Stairs to the rooms were quite steep but the room was great. Comfortable bed and lovely to have fresh milk and homemade cookies. Unfortunately the shower could do with some attention as water was really slow to run away.Good selection at breakfast, staff were friendly and very accommodating. Could do with either cleaning or replacing the carpet on stairs and landing as it’s very stained and does them no favours in terms of appearance. Overall great stay and would recommend.”

”Yhden päivän ja yön matkalla Stonehengen kiville hotelli toimi hienosti. Parkkipaikka aivan hotellin edessä, joskin ohikulkeva tie piti jonkinlaista meteliä yöaikaan. Ystävällinen, nuori henkilökunta mutta vähän saisi harjoitella tilausten muistamista. Aamiainen lisämaksusta ja hinta 12£ ei ollut mielestämme kohtuullinen. Ympäristössä ei ole lähistöllä oikein mitään, bensa-asema ja pieni shop. Mutta olimmekin pikamatkalla ja siihen tarkoitukseen sopi oikein hyvin.”

”We had travelled about 190 miles for a wedding, arriving about 12:30 and looking for suitable facilities to change in, only to be offered the use of the disabled toilet. Far from ideal, but we managed. The room like the hotel looked dated, with only 1 packet of biscuits for the 2 of us, only bathroom amenities was a small round of hand soap, a pump dispenser of soap and shampoo over the bath, and the shower wasn't up to much either. The location and views were really nice. ”

”Found the Pembroke Arms in a search for lodging near Stonehenge and it was spectacular! Amazing staff, pub dinner was excellent, bar had a great atmosphere and the room was lovely! King bed was HUGE. We were only there for a short visit but would definitely go back!!”

”Lovely room at top, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. Luckily he mentioned it later, and it got sorted and refunded. Would definitely stay there again, beautiful old building, and although a pub was very quiet in our room, ...

”Gorgeous hotel room right in the heart of Marlborough! We booked the room with the golden bath which was such a treat. The breakfast offering was very generous and the room had everything you could need (it would be helpful to have some bath products by the side of the bath, as the shower gel etc in the shower were attached to the wall which made it tricky). Otherwise 10/10!”
