”When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been canceled! The staff worked to remediate the error and we ended up with a great alternative! We got our own cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The staff at Arrowhead are fabulous and friendly. They work very hard to accommodate every need.
It was challenging to get to but so worth it!”

”I like the old school feel the property has. Upon arrival we were told that the property was under new ownership and things were different. We needed to wait until exactly 2pm to check in and could not use the amenities until we checked it. This was different for the past.”

”This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I...
