”Even though I checked in at 3 pm I was given a handicapped room across from the laundry room. I had to complain about the noise, as it was just like they were talking in my room. In the morning I complained about the handicap room and the lady said it was all they had. I don’t believe her and I think it was because I was older she thought she could get away with it. The room has no Kleenex and the soap is about the cheapest known to man”
