The service was otherwise very kind and helpful, but at the reception there was an older man who were not helpful at all and when we asked nicely to have our luggage from the storage he replied that he will only give them to us if we say please. There was also a woman who came to the lobby amd wanted to see the rooftop bar and asked for directions but he did not help her and just asked what do you want to see there??

This hotel was great place and the staff was super nice and easy going. There are really nice places near by as well and easy access to tram eventhough we only used Bolt with my friend. I would go to this hotel again.

Olimme TeplicessÀ huhtikuun lopulla neljÀ pÀivÀÀ.ErittÀin siisti hotelli hyvÀllÀ sijainnilla, kÀvelyetÀisyydellÀ keskustasta. Huoneet olivat todella tilavat ja siistit, huoneisto valtavan kokoinen kahdelle hengelle. Aamiainen oli hyvÀ ja tarjoiltiin hotellin kahvilassa. Kahvilassa on tarjolla ihania ...
