Welcome to our spacious 65 m² apartment featuring a private garden terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and a bright modern interior. Whether you`re visiting the city for a family holiday, a romantic getaway, a business trip or a photo/video production, you`ll enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay with plenty of natural daylight.



The apartment is located in one of Prague`s most desirable residential areas, offering the perfect balance between peaceful local living and easy access to the city`s main attractions.

Reservations for 4 guests are possible; however, we can only accommodate 3 adults and 1 child.

🌳 Riegrovy Sady Park – one of Prague`s most beautiful parks, famous for its panoramic city views, jogging paths, outdoor fitness area, playgrounds, and popular beer garden. Perfect for morning walks, picnics, and sunset views.

☕ Great Coffee Nearby – enjoy specialty coffee at Prague favorites such as Miners Coffee, known for its excellent coffee, brunch, and relaxed atmosphere.

🏋️ Fitness & Wellness – several highly rated gyms and fitness studios are located nearby, making it easy to maintain your workout routine during your stay.

🏰 Easy Access to Old Town – Prague`s historic Old Town, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, and many of the city`s most famous landmarks are easily reachable by public transport or a pleasant walk.

🍴 Restaurants & Local Life – the neighborhood offers a wide selection of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, wine bars, and local shops, allowing guests to experience Prague like a local.

🚇 Excellent Transport Connections – tram, metro, and train connections provide convenient access to all parts of Prague.
We kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbours.

Kindly note:

* Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
* A local tourist tax of CZK 50 (€2) per adult, per night is required by the City of Prague. This fee is collected separately and is payable in cash upon arrival.

House Rules

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.
* No Parties or Events: The apartment is located in a residential building and is intended for quiet stays. It is best suited to couples, families, or business travellers.
* Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
* Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Late Check-in

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals outside our standard check-in hours:

* €20 for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm
* €30 for arrivals after 10:00 pm

The fee is payable in cash to the representative who welcomes you upon arrival.
