”The room was very clean when we arrived, but they did not clean it at all while we were there. I asked them several times and they wouldn't clean it. Why would you have a "please clean" option on the door if nobody cleans here? The check in was also terrible. Very strict check in time because "there's no front desk and they're not reachable outside of 3-6pm" but they weren't even available within that time. We arrived at 5:30pm and we couldn't get in, the door wouldn't buzz when we called the...
