The vending machines were cash/coin only, which can be an inconvenience for guests - in this age of tap and go, not being able to use a card can be frustrating.
The room was clean, but missing piece of wooden trim at the base of the tub gave a run-down and neglected appearance.”

”The room was fine, clean enough. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.”
