We have stayed at many Hyatt hotels but this one was a big disappointment. The room was okay, by no means luxury but decent; the spa area was nice, the view from the pool was amazing, but positives stop there. The only onsite restaurant open for dinner was the buffet. Being very expensive for Bulgarian standards, we thought it would be well worth it, but the food choices were extremely limited and food quality was simply subpar. The service at the restaurant was awful. We had to chase a waiter for drinks menu, then were given menus that turned out were not current. Then we were given other menus, seemed no one knew what they were doing. Breakfast was no different, very limited choices, maybe okay for breakfast "included" at a 2 star hotel but not for a Hyatt.
I was surprised no one at front desk greeted us properly and no one cared to ask how was our stay at checkout.
To wrap it up, I would never return to this Hyatt and simply cannot believe that the Hyatt chain will not hold up this property to higher standards.
