”This is one of our go-to hotels when staying in the Prescott area. It always has competitive rates. It is a clean property with clean grounds, common spaces androoms. The staff is friendly and competent. The free hot breakfast is well done. It is a convenient location but just a bit removed from more chaotic areas,”

”Great price for a nice room! Pretty lobby, really kind and chatty staff which I loved - they built such great rapport in the simple things we were doing. Clean room, comfy bed, simple and all we needed.”

”Got an upgrade because of my VIP status with Expedia. Nice room with a nice view. Pool was small and jacuzzi was not very hot. Swimming pool was smallish and enclosed so it was noisy with several teenagers in the pool. They just want to have fun! Overall, a nice hotel.”

”Everything was great. The only downside was we realized at 6am that our room was right next to the breakfast/food prep area so that woke us up a little early, otherwise no complaints. Just know to not choose that same room again lol.”

”They yelled at me for booking on Expedia. My reservation said accessible but they didn’t have an accessible room. I need one. The front desk guy said, you never book on Expedia. I said they are sending customers like me. I stayed my visit. I didn’t shower. The bathroom was tough. The bed was hard. I didn’t like the place”

”Clean, quiet and much less expensive than most other places to stay in the area. Very close to the Verde River and the Out of Africa wildlife park, pretty easy to get to and obviously undergoing renovations; I have to say that our room was easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, our host was friendly and I enjoyed our stay.”
