The Friendly Place- Downtown Prescott

Just a hop, skip, and a jump from downtown you’ll love the location and convenience of the Friendly place!

Being just 1 block away to the beginning of downtown, you’ll be an easy 5 minute walk to the start of many restaurants, attractions, and events.
We also welcome pets!!

The Friendly Place is about 650 sqft and has been recently remodeled. It includes:
•A living room equipped with a smart TV. (The couch is a comfortable pullout bed)
•A full kitchen stocked with all the essentials.
•A dinning area
•A full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
•A complimentary washer and dryer
•1 bedroom with an extremely comfortable king sized bed. This room also has another smart TV.

There is “unregulated” 2-hour parking in the front, however you will have your own private parking in the rear of the building.

This home is apart of a larger building, which is a Farmers Insurance Office. The front part of the building is the
Friendly Place, with its own private front entrance. The back half of the building is the Insurance office, with their own separate and private entrance. There is a door in the kitchen that doesn’t have a door handle on either side, and is always locked. This door connects to the office, but it will NEVER be opened or unlocked.
From time to time, you may be able to hear a small amount of noise during the offices operating hours. Because of this, this place might not be the best place for you if you have a nervous or protective dog.

#1: Something small: $60/ includes heart swan towels, fake rose pedals and candles, a sign with a personalized note, a box of chocolate, and champagne/sparkling cider.
#2: Something Big: $80/ includes heart swan towels, fake rose pedals and candels, a sign with a personalized note, a box of chocolate, champagne/sparkling cider, a large bear, and heart balloons.
