”The ultimate cozy retreat! Super quiet, incredibly comfy bed, and just the right amount of 'tucked away' feel while still being close to everything. We loved every second of our stay! We were in town for a wrestling tournament and only got to sleep here one nice. Definitely would come back ”

”The room was excellent! Perfect distance from downtown cottonwood and short ride to Sedona and Jerome! Room was clean and exactly like the photos. We had a little issue with getting the check-in instructions but the host called us right away and got it taken care of. Will definitely stay here again”

”We had a wonderful time at the Eagles Nest. Everything was perfect from the check-in, accommodations, and location. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony with our dog listening to the flowing water in the fountain. Excellent views, pleasing decor and extremely clean. One of the finest properties we have stayed in. We will be back.”

”Great stay here! The room is on the smaller side, but it is very well-considered that the space didn’t feel like a sacrifice at all, especially with all the room outside. There was plenty of counter and shelving space for belongings, plus a vanity mirror (which I always miss at hotels) and a vacuum, which was a great touch. The propriety itself is gorgeous with great views. You are a little close to your neighbors if the unit next door is booked, but the charm of the room makes up for it. There...

”I would stay again but good to know for others it's very rustic. Lots of cracks and stained ceilings but goes along with such a historic building. Shower was a bathtub but new tile and bed was nice, enough towels and pillows etc.Room was right off the shared balcony which could use some TLC but a fabulous view made up for coffee in the morning which is supplied and perfect to watch the stars. Close 5 minute drive to Cottonwood. ”
