”They yelled at me for booking on Expedia. My reservation said accessible but they didn’t have an accessible room. I need one. The front desk guy said, you never book on Expedia. I said they are sending customers like me. I stayed my visit. I didn’t shower. The bathroom was tough. The bed was hard. I didn’t like the place”

”So happy with my stay here. It was relaxing and clean. Good choice of items for breakfast and it runs until 10:30am which is a nice perk. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend a stay here.”

”The hotel was unique. It was a historical hotel it was decorated with very nice antiques. The bed and pillows were great. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They had entertainment along with happy hour food and drinks. It was close to everything within walking distance. I would stay there again.”

”The elevator did not work and the bistro was closed for repairs. In addition the speakeasy had cancelled the live music. We also were not told there would be no housekeeping services. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. I would stay again just because of its location.”

”The size of the room was great and it was clean, easy to move around. The bed size was very good and very comfortable. Clean sheets also. In the negative sidethe microwave was broken and the toilet size was for a new born baby. When I went to take a shower the water pressure was poor and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. When i came back from dinner my parking spot was taken and i had to park 150 yards away.”
