”I don’t often select the extra cost of a resort for a single night stay, but I’m so glad I did in Tucson. The location of the JW Marriott is perfect; surrounded by saguaro and accessible trails. The resort fee included e-bike rentals, a guided hike and more. The staff at the front desk & restaurant were very kind and helpful. I’ll be enjoying a late checkout with a little extra resort time. ”

”This hotel was couple of weeks ago a Best Western and now they have a new owner and name — it seems that the new owners are still learning how to run a hotel: staff is friendly and helps, but there were minor issues with cleaning (some beard hairs in the sink) and breakfast (the food run out and they didn’t notice in until one customer went to kitchen). Some administration workflow should be also brushed, I was accidentally double charged both via Hotels.com and the hotel as I arrived one day...

”The room was clean, albeit with a bit wear and tear. The staff were friendly. My main issue was with security. Someone attempted to open a rack that was fixed on out truck and we found they cut the straps and tried to pry into the rack. We approached the staff who did not attempt to either find video of the event as well as did not call us when the manager returned to the desk. There are alot of vaxant lots nearby where homeless live. Would reccommend staying somewhere else if you are travelling...
