”This apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to shopping and restaurants. The Bourse Metro station is at the end of the block, there is an excellent bakery on the corner, perfect for breakfast, or take away salads and sandwiches. The rooms are a bit small, by American standards. There are two compact clothing storage areas on each side of the bed. The bathroom has two storage drawers. ”The place was amazing. Centrally located with great security in the building and easy check in. The apartment itself was clean and very beautifully decorated. The host was a great communicator, answered all my questions right away and nice and friendly ”

”Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

”Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.”

”I found out the evening before checkin in that the host had double booked the property and my family and I had to find last minute accommodations in Paris. Poor, poor service.I booked almost 5 months in advance. The property might be nice, we wouldn’t know. Just a word of warning Check and double check to confirm reservations well before your arrival. No offer for help to find another place , just a half hearted apology.”

”The location was perfect as I could walk everywhere I wanted to go – museums, monuments, both sides of the Seine – and the restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, fruit stands, and grocery stores were all within 2 blocks. The previous reviews had mentioned the staircase, but potential renters need to know that not only is it 4 flights up, it’s very narrow & spiral with old wooden steps. I am an athlete, but I had to be extremely careful. Had I been staying longer, I’m not sure I would have...
