”The staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. There’s plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. ”Very happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal...

”The only problem with this hotel is that the rooms used to be adjacent, which means that there is still a door connecting rooms. While the door is blocked, all noise passes through the door, which can be annoying (you hear everything from the next room).
Otherwise, this is a clean, safe, small hotel. It is not located in the Central Business District, but is convenient for accessing the Kilimani area. Alcohol is not served.”

Paljon kiinalaisia vieraita ja aamupalakin oli kiinalainen. Tilat olivat hieman vanhahtaneita, mutta siistit. Ei ilmastointia. Laiton klubi hotellin vieressä oli häiritsevää. Ei mikään luksus, mutta OK.”
”The room was low average for the money that we payed. The matress was in really bad condition and the toilet was really dirty. No water in the facility in two ocassions in the 12 hours that we remained in this hotel.

"Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli turvallisella alueella. Huone suht tilava, ja kaikki tarpeellinen köytyi huoneesta. Aamupala todella monipuolinen. Uima-allas matala kahluuallas, ei houkutellut (ketään muutakaan vierasta) uimaan. Ovi-/porttihenkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja hymyilevää, muut hoiteli hommat ok. "
