”Excellent and professional staff very polite, comfy clean rooms with easy access after hours. Lots of parking very good for disabled people with mobility problems such as myself. Food was excellent with more than enough. One down side was I was woken early morning by dogs barking as it’s a dog friendly but at least I was up for breakfast so was nothing to complain would recommend you to stay ”

”Weather was not to kind to us but this hotel and the staff gave everything so we could enjoy our break away. Evening meal was lovely along with the breakfast which was amazing. We only had a double bed which although comfy didn’t give us much room not sure now if we could’ve got a king size but would deffo book one next time if we return”

”One night stay to attend concert in Liverpool. Check in was smooth, staff member showed me to room and showed fire exits etc, he was very polite. Room was ideal for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern, shower prowerful, towels and toiletries provided. Free parking on site to the back of the pub. The area was quiet with minimum passing traffic. We didn’t drink or eat in the pub but it looked nice enough. ”

"Tämän hotellin loisto ja parhaat päivät ovat kaukana takanapäin. Komea ulkokuori kätkee taakseen kuluneen ja ränsistyneen sisustan. Esim. Huoneen ikkuna oli ruostunut auki asentoon, eikä sitä saanut kiinni. Sisempi ikkuna toki meni kiinni, mutta tuuli sitä rämisytti kun puhalsi niin, että verhot sisällä heilui. Kun kerroin asiasta, henkilökunta toimitti huoneeseen pienen lisäpatterin ja paksumman peitteen. Huonetta ei myöskään siivottu kertaakaan neljän yön vierailun aikana, siellä ei edes käyty. Sijainti on toki hyvä."
