”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Do try the pancakes, they we're delicious! ”Great last minute night away with kids. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and brilliant leisure facilities! Mark couldn't be more helpful! If there was one down side, the restaurant menu could do with a revisit (very limited) and the beautifully cooked steak and fresh fish were very much let down by the frozen chips! BUT, the breakfast was amazing! Will definitely visit again!”

”Plenty of space to park, very quiet, no hassle checking in/out. Communication was great and the staff we spoke to were very polite and happy to help with any inquiries. The only slight issue (which isnt really an issue) is the bathroom light was on a sensor, id prefer a switch so i can decide whether to have the light on or not. ”

”This hotel is located right beside Teesside Barrage so a lovely area. The staff at this orooerty are so nice and very friendly. The Talpor restaurant and bar right beside the hotel is excellent. The wait and bar staff are so friendly The food is excellent in this restaurant. We will definitely return on our next visit to the UK. We stayed Fiordland three nights the hotel was busy but the guests were considerate and quiet”
