”I had a very disappointing experience with this booking through Expedia.
Due to a simple date entry mistake, the reservation was made for June 19–20 instead of July 19–20. The error was discovered shortly after payment was processed, and I immediately attempted to correct it well before any actual travel date.
Despite contacting both Expedia and the hotel right away, the hotel refused any adjustment or exception and repeatedly cited “policy,” even though this was clearly not a cancellation but...

”Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm.
We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE.
We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...

”Have stayed here a number of times in the past, but will have to re-think after this last stay. The property is in a great location, but is showing its age. Thermostat was not working properly in our bedroom unit (heat coming on in the night during Lubbock summer?), closet doors did not stay closed, and bedside plugs that did not work were just a few annoyances. The breakfast bar was also pretty poor by all accounts.”

”The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...
