”Clean property, quiet and good value for the price. Good sized kitchen with a nice view. ”

”The floor could have done with a vacuum, lots of black hairs. Bathroom bin wasn't emptied and only half a roll of toilet paper. But otherwise it's a great spot and much nicer than the equivalent hotel I think.”

”Overall very good apartment. Bed/matress was way too soft. Entry instructions need to be more specific because we went around the back to a different courtyard and couldn't get in initially and had to ask a random resident.”

”Property was clean but had a number of minor maintenance issues which I made the manager aware of as a matter of courtesy not complaint. I received no response from them regarding this. Communication through the app didn’t work so I had to text. Bed was small and fairly hard. Nice convenient location. First time using a parking stacker which was interesting. Wouldn’t want a large or overly tall vehicle”

”Convenient. Parking definitely appreciated, especially having room for two (despite initial confusion with numbering). Unit felt private. Tenants met in lifts and parking were all very polite and friendly. Great city views.”

”Clean and well presented, spacious, comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I had problems opening their emails on my phone so I asked for these to be sent by SMS instead. That worked well.”

”easy access to all the amenities like supermarket and eateries”

”Very happy with the accommodation, and very well positioned for shopping”

”Handy unit, has what you need, friendly and welcoming experience. Super close to Kingston. Love the comfy bed and pretty warm place for a Canberra Winter. Got a late check out no problem.”

”The proces was easy the codes were given to access the premises. The place was clean and well looked after. This property is close to hospitals, shopping centre and food outlets. Very happy with the stay would use again in the future.”

”Great comm with the host. The property is clean and in convenient location. Walking distance to mall and restaurants.”

”Excellent location close to cafes, restaurants and LBG. The apartment was comfortable, clean and easy to access. No problem with wi fi, tv or any of the facilities. We actually left our car in the street as there was always a spot available.”

”Great location with Cafe's and Restaurants a minute walk from the apartment. Great facilities and instructions for entry, exit and garbage disposal very easy to follow. Will definitely stay here next visit to Canberra. Thank you.”

”Great apartment, everything I needed to be comfortable, spotlessly clean and close by to eats and drinks.”

”Excellent property in a great location to visit Canberra's many Institutions. Shopping/dining in Manuka is across the road and easily accessible. The property is new and part of a large group of apartments. The apartment was well fitted-out and decorated for long or short stays.”

”The unit is nice and very central to the city and other attractions. However, the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. It is too low and being an older person with arthritis I found it very difficult to get out of. The mattress was uncomfortable and I woke every morning with a sore back. The kitchen was good but a tea towel would have been good as well as more plates and more glasses, in particular smaller glasses that our grandchildren could have used when they came for dinner...
