”At check-in they gave us coupons to their restaurant where we enjoyed a nice breakfast.”

”The updates to the rooms were modern and restful, although they were not that clean. The sheets on our bed had yellow stains that were not from us, the staff did nothing to change them. The food at breakfast was very good, although the waffle maker was not happy and the mix didn't make complete waffles.”

”Room was clean, mini fridge was a decent size, and bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were both friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I hadn't had dinner prior to checking in because the restaurant next door, Chaco's, gives you a discount for staying at the Anavada plus free room delivery! ”

”This is a great choice for a stay in Prince George. The only downfall for me was the breakfast was only served until 9:00 and that is it for eating at this hotel. ”

”A little disappointed with the pomeroy. Check in was awsome. We got to the room and notice hair in the bathtub, poor lightning in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was not secure and did not lock. The fridge did not cool and the coffee pot was not clean. With the hotel being pet friendly, outside the hotel had alot of poop that was not picked up. Although, the beds were comfy and the water park was a hit with our grandson, we won't be staying here again”

”Staff was helpful when we had to change room to accommodate access after surgery, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who left the TV on all night long. Hard to find a quiet hotel.”

”Harpreet was amazing at check in. After a long day of travelling and road closures I booked a hotel for the night. Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us at our late night check in! Your hospitality is very much appreciated! ”

”I am very disappointed and will never stay there again. There was no heat in the room. Partying and fighting all night long, tried to phone front desk no one answered. Garbage and smoke butts all over the walk ways. I was too scared to try the pool or hot tub! I miss the old owner she was good. Restaurant food is great and workers were amazing. ”

”We went to stay in Prince George to visit family with my husband and two young sons. The room was not clean upon arrival. I asked staff about the state of the room and was given a mop to go clean the room myself. On the last night of our stay the room had a leak in the sprinkler. ”First time in 20 years having trouble with management. Said there was no different room inside the building for access to pool then my niece calls and gets a room inside. My mom is a handicapped elder and it took a few days to get her moved into a handicapped room inside the building. She was there for medical reasons but was there a couple days early and had a low rate. Manager changed her rate to $135 which is higher because she heard it was for medical reasons.
