”I have this place a two star review because it had a clean room, clean lobby and good location across from three restaurants. What was not mentioned in the brochure was that the rooms of the lower floor are extremely noisy due to how near they are to the lobby, kitchen and elevators. Our room in particular was also flanked by outside AC compressors that would turn on and off independently and we could clearly hear them adding to the noise. ”The room had an odor of urine right by the bed. I noti fu the front desk. The person told me she was going to send someone to clean it. Nobody came ... and my room was never cleaned at all. Before checking out I asked if I could have two clean towels they never got it. I had asked for an iron they told me someone will bring it right up nobody came.. The service is really terrible. I will never go back again !”

Room had two double beds and each bed had 3 pillows, not 2 or 4, but 3, a little odd. If you were sharing with someone who would get the third pillow? But staff was very friendly and helpful. ”
