”Overall stay was okay. We were told breakfast was going to be served till 9am. We got to the breakfast room at 8:30a.m and there were no eggs so we asked the server if they will be refilling more eggs. She kept saying yes it will be. We waiting 30 mins and after 30mins they started to clean up and and said they were closing breakfast. We said you said eggs were on its way and she goes sorry its still frozen. I mean she could have just us that at the first time. We would have ate somewhere else.”

”What an amazing place to stay. Older property yet, newly remodeled. Property is security gated. Good sized pool, your choice chairs or cabanas to enjoy your day. Very clean. Junior day check-in staff very cordial, has knowledge of surroundings areas to help you get where you need to go. ”Arriving in Tucson with 100° temperature you’d expect the Air Conditioner to work. Sadly, I spent a whole day and night with an air conditioner not functioning properly. They sent a maintenance person who diagnosed it with as a broken compressor. They reassigned me to another room and the air conditioner worked well for the remainder two days. They should have a system in place where they test the Air Conditioner before a customer checks into the room.”
