”The room was a little dated with some trim around the floors in the bathroom showing a lot of aging and the refrigerator making very loud noise when it turned on. The front desk clerk was amazingly helpful and even called the room about 30 minutes after I checked in to ask if the room was OK and if I needed anything extra. Breakfast was good and the new coffee setup where the machine grinds the beans for each cup is much better than the old coffee makers in the rooms.”

”No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. ”Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was different every day not the same menu. Good locator the area. I felt very safe and secure.”

”The room was simple but the bed was fantastic. What we didn't like were: we had to park.on the street because they were having a crew come to resurface the parking lot at 7am. The crew didn't show up so we could have parked in the lot. The hotel didn't have a working elevator so.we had to carry our bags up the stairs. In the.morning; the breakfast layout was confusing for everyone and they didn't have enough food for the people.stayong there. Seemed like poor planning.”

”No elevator. Had to get relocated to first floor due to knee injury. Didn’t realize the location didn’t have an elevator.”
