Easy check in. Room was ok, quite a lot of marks on the wall and in the bathroom sinks. Some items missing or not sufficient for number of guests but were provided quickly by staff.

I received an email on the Friday saying because they were putting in a new jacuzzi and havenât finished the work, there would be no access to the sauna, steam or jacuzzi (of course). It was too late to cancel, but the whole point of staying in this particular hotel was for access to these amenities. ...
