”Wonderful, lowkey place to stay on Kauai’s north shore. The host was very communicative and helpful. The previous concerns about mold were not an issue and the host has replaced the shower curtain. The hot tub, pool, and designed parking were a big plus. Would definitely stay here again in the future given the convenient location, proximity to beaches and retail, etc! ”

”This was a perfect place to land each day after hiking the Napali coast and snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of Anini Beach and Hideways Beach. The condo had exactly what I needed: a comfortable bed on the main floor, kitchen to prepare healthy meals, reliable Wi-Fi and walking paths to everything from the Princeville Farmer’s Market and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend purchasing the fresh catch of the day at the fish market in Hanalei. Same fish market has THE best sushi rolls. SO many...

”It is a motel room with a couple of upgrades not a studio. Did not have entry instructions as no internet, extremly stressful locating it in dark and rain. Had to ask a local to log me into their internet to obtain instructions. Need for earlier instructions for internationals. Room has nice appointments, however no comfortable seating, sliding door does not slide, vent on patio blows hot air. It was very clean, good shower, although bathroom setup odd. No a/c, only fans, needed front door open...

”The Princeville area is the best for beauty! This condo listing supplied by owner stated there were beds for 3 adults. The couch did not “pull out” and a thin camping mattress was provided. NOT good for sleep! Change the accommodation description please!”

”We came to Kauai for our 12th anniversary. We have been here before but never stayed in Princeville. This was a beautidul location. Amazing sunrise in the mornings. Ocean view was beautiful. We had spinner dolphins swim by a few evenings. We would definitely come back here again”

”We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. Highly recommend!”

”Last minute trip and lucky (for us) the MOST COMMUNICATIVE host we've come across on VRBO! Host responded quickly to every (too many?) questions including last minute questions about parking and WiFi. This was a small space, but perfect for two grandparents and the grandchild. The only thing I'll add is that parking is limited throughout Princeville and particularly limited along the beachfront--NOT unique to this listing. Plenty of spectacular beach options from Kapaa on the east coast through...

”We arrived very late and check-in with security was a breeze! Very accurate listing, great location, walkable to restaurants and grocery. Beautiful nearby beach - it is a bit of a walk but very private. Pool was perfect and lots of chairs available. Lots of parking. Would recommend staying here.”

”We had never been to Kauai before and just had to roll the dice and get some recommendations from friends and relatives. We elected to stay 3 days down south and the other 3 days at the Hanalei Resort. We luckily selected a lovely condo with gorgeous mountain views! We had everything we needed to make our 3 days on the north shore spectacular - and they were. I’m glad we split our time and got a little bit of both worlds. This is definitely resort life/living with tennis courts, waterfall-laden...
