”This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again! ”

”Great location. Easy walk to the Princeville shopping center and Saturday outdoor market. Nice space, clean and comfortable. There were problems with the automated communication system but the host was always available to get us what we needed.”

”We noticed a smell in the bathroom, the rest of the place was great. I’m not sure why we had remove trash. That seems like a job for the housekeeper/cleaning person. Otherwise staff was great and over all your home was comfortable! We would absolutely stay again”

”I would have given this 4 stars but the only other review was 1 star- citing tv channels, which is unfair so I bumped this up to 5. This condo is in a great location for exploring the north shore of Kauai. We were on the island in June and stayed in Kapaa but wanted to be closer to Hanalei this time. The condo is just a few minutes from Hanalei. The condo was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. My only real complaint would be with the air conditioner. I don’t think it’s the...

”What a fantastic place to stay! Our host Alijca was amazing! She communicated very well before, and during our stay! She’s a super host in my book! Our unit had everything you could need for cooking, which is quite necessary due to limited dining options in Princeville. The grounds of the property are stunning. Amazing pool & hot tub in natural setting, 6 BBQ grills that I could count. 10 min walk to what appears to be a private beach only for guests of HBR and Hotel 1. The condo is set at the...

”Linda was truly the best- have us a ton of recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc. communicated the place was available for early check in without having to ask and the place was extremely clean, had ac, a full kitchen just what we needed! When we come back, we’d love to stay here again! ”
