The second level has an additional common area with a sofa, TV, and workstation. The lower level has an inviting open flow between the living space, lanai, dining area, and kitchen.

Kitchen & Dining:
The exceptional gourmet kitchen has enough space to keep the cook company while preparing dinner. Meal prep will be a snap with the large wrap-around counter, and large island with stools.

The ensuite bathroom will invite a spa-like experience with a large walk-in shower, separate tub, and double sink vanity. A second queen bedroom is on the main level with a full bath across the hall.
