  • Mauna Pua sijaitsee Kauain majesteettisella pohjoisrannalla ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä maailman kauneimmista valkoisista hiekkarannoista. Viiden tähden lomakeskuksen ylellisyys tarjoaa kodin mukavuudet ja yksityisyyden. Tyyli ja eleganssia ovat keskellä ja panoraama näköalalla rehevän vihreä laakso ja taivaansininen Tyynenmeren.

    Tämä upea kolmen tason koti on suunniteltu majoittamaan perheitä tai suuria ryhmiä, joilla on mahdollisuus vuokrata neljästä seitsemään makuuhuonetta.

    Grand Master Suite sijaitsee talossa puiden keskellä, jossa on laaja, romanttinen lanai, kylpyhuone kylpyammeella, oleskelualue, TV ja upeat merinäkymät. Alemmalla tasolla on tilava olohuone mediakeskuksella.     Keittiö on kulinaaristen taiteilijoiden ilo ja hyvin varustetut keittiövarustus ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, mukaan lukien 6 polttimen kaasuliesi, upouusi jääkaappi, iso saari ja istuma laskualue. The house was truly spectacular - setting and style were gorgeous. And the house was also extremely well laid out, livable, practical for our group of 10.Princeville is really lovely, too - and we loved the albatrosses!

Absolutely loved the neighborhood and the location. The beaches were not crowded, and the snorkeling was great just a few feet off shore. The hot tub was a plus after each days activities and views from any window captures the beauty of of the north side of the Island.

The house was stocked with lots of extras, including everything you need for a day at the beach. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook for our big group. Having more than one washer/dryer was a nice surprise. The best part is the amazing view from the deck.

Booking & securing our vacation home reservation was easy. Once we arrived & settled in for the week we enjoyed all that there is to do in the Princeville & Hanalei area. It was a week where we could not have had a better experience staying at this property!

Paradise

We enjoyed waking up to the view of the ocean. The home is very well equipped and works well for a large group. We enjoyed the beach equipment that was supplied, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels and a cooler. We loved the hot tub with the view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Google maps brought us to the garage door. So happy when we walked in and saw where we’d be staying for the week. Big enough to have your alone time and also big enough for all 13 of us to gather in one spot.

Princeville Hideaway

We were very impressed with the location and the view and the house overall. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work and the 2nd floor shower didn’t work which was hard on my elderly parents having to go downstairs to bath.

Perfect Home in Kauai

Our family, 5 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 child recently stayed at this perfect home. The house was very clean and in a very good location. There was more than enough room for all of us. We didn't use the Garden Suite as it wasn't needed. Communication with property manager was very helpful.

Tucked into paradise

Our house, while in a very quiet neihghborhood was isolated by all the lush greenery. We lived on the extended covered deck for viewing the ocean and a lot of family time. We walked the neighborhood when we were not exploring the neighborhood and were treated to seeing 3 baby albaotross chicks in their nests. All the rooms were spacious and the house was well stocked to accomodate comfort. The house added immensely to our trip, because it was such a good and comfortable fit for us and because Hawaiin Life was so wonderful to work with.

Mauna Pua Delight

My family of 13 came to Kauai to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. From the moment we first pulled into the driveway and opened the front door until we locked up for the last time, we had a magical stay at this property. The home is well appointed and appropriately decorated. There were many supplies already in the house. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and beach towels for our trips to the beach. Tanya, our island host, was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property to any large family or group. We had a fabulous stay.

Family Birthday Reunion

Lovely house tho we didn’t realize there was no ac in the upstairs living area. Hard to cool it even with fans. The screen doors going to the upper deck need repair, but the views and quiet were heaven. We enjoyed looking at the stars in the hot tub.

We loved it with one exception. We found out the day we moved in that the Hot Tub was inoperable. It didn’t work for 1/2 the week.

The house is so spacious we all had privacy. My son and his wife and baby had the whole lower level. This level had two bedrooms a living area and a kitchenette. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to fantastic beaches and Hanalei. It is also a great spot if you wish to trek the Na Pali Coast. The house is clean, modern, and spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. As I went through it on arrival I found several areas dirty. For example, the light switch above the stove was extremely greasy, areas of the wood floor was dirty.It almost looked like someone went in and did a bunch of quick patch work on the walls knowing that renters were coming in. The bedrooms were large and spacious. Very nice kitchen and living area. I will give the house four stars.

Although this house is generally nice and we had a good stay, it is clear it is not being kept up as the owners try to sell it. The air conditioning was not working in the upstairs master bedroom and hadn't for a while. A note over the control said not to use it during our stay. There is black mold on the carpet below that air conditioner. Some windows have messages by them not to open the windows and heavy rains during our stay made cross ventilation impossible resulting in hot a bedroom for sleeping. Air conditioning also didn't work consistently in the outside garden room. Televisions throughout the house did not work during our stay. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor.

Beautiful home and perfect for a large group

This could not have been a better situation for our large group of 14. Rarely does a rental home comfortably sleep the number of guests that its listing specifies, but this was a lovely exception that trend. Seven discreet bedrooms meant privacy for all, and the space itself was amazing. The home is in the middle of a residential neighborhood with full time residents, so it is definitely not a party house if that’s what you’re looking for. But once inside, the jungle / canyon surrounding it on three sides makes it feel very isolated and the ocean view was amazing. A++++
