Tämä toisessa kerroksessa oleva katedraalin katolla varustettu päätelaite tarjoaa ensisijaisesti tyyliä ja tyylikkyyttä .... räätälöityjä huonekaluja ja trooppista taidetta. Aloita päiväsi Puaana Pointissa laajalla auringonnousulla tai nauti intiimistä Bali Hai auringonlaskua omalla yksityisellä lanaiillasi.

Toiminta lähistöllä: Pali Ke Kua -alueet ovat ammattimaisesti maisemoituja ja sisältävät hienon ravintolan. Vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka vie tyylikkäälle Princeville-lomakeskukseen, joka tarjoaa gourmet-ruokailua, maailmanluokan golfia, kuntokeskuksen, ratsastusta, tennistä ja pitkän puolikuun muotoisen rannan. Aivan Hanalei-lahden takana voit patikoida, kajakkiin tai purjehtia kuuluisaan "Na Pali Coastin" elämäsi seikkailuun.

*** Peruutussäännöt *** Peruutukset, jotka tehdään 1–6–12 / 14 välisenä aikana, vaativat 90 päivän kirjallisen ilmoituksen alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. Jos alle 90 päivän kirjallinen ilmoitus, koko alkuperäinen talletus menetetään. Vuokra ja valmistevero pidätetään, mikäli alle 60 päivää kirjallisesti ilmoitetaan siitä. Family of four

The unit has breathtaking ocean views and garden views. We were treated with beautiful sunrise from the bedroom and sunsets in the lanai.The other reviewers mention about the unit being too hot in the afternoon but we did not really mind. It’s breezy mostly in the late afternoon and there’s rain showers on and off. We had a lovely time and will be back if given a chance.

Beautiful view, should easily be a 5-star rating!

This unit has an absolutely amazing view facing west from the lanai. Both north and east facing windows from the bedroom (this is an end unit in the building) have views that will take your breath away. Just stunning!! This property could and should be a 5-star rating. Unfortunately I feel I’m being generous by giving an overall 3-star rating (We’d never stay there again)because of an almost inexplicably unfortunate decision by the owner to seal both bedroom windows and the louvered slats underneath the east facing window. The result is stifling heat during the day and a complete lack of fresh air into the bedroom. Instead of sleeping with a cool breeze and the sound of the surf dashing at the base of the cliff, you will instead be forced to listen to the sound of a “vornado” fan, the ceiling fan and a box fan that must be run all night to try and keep the stuffy air moving enough to sleep. With the beautiful west facing windows the unit becomes quite warm, at least in June. We were so disappointed by this decision to seal all access to fresh air we would never stay in this unit again. I can only guess they are concerned with rain blowing in and getting the carpeted bedroom floor wet. The obvious and easy fix is to replace the old worn out carpeting with tile! This is a prime end unit and, by the way, we’ve stayed in the unit directly next to this one. In that unit (224) the single east facing bedroom window allows air to flow in through louvered slats providing a wonderful breeze through the bedroom at night. The decision to seal the bedroom windows is a huge mistake (presumably to preserve the aged carpeting from getting wet). It all seemed so wrong I could only laugh as I fell asleep each night to the roar of the “vornado” fan. I could even overlook the 1980’s kitchen cabinets and stove and the carpeting throughout the rest of the unit badly in need of replacing (suggestion- use TILE!!). Not much else to say other than hopefully this neglected prime end unit will come up for sale so a new owner might give it the tiny bit of updating needed to become a top tier rental.

The View - The View - The View

The View - If pleasure is your value metric, this view is for you. I could easily sit and stare at this view for hours on end and never stop enjoying it. Whether it's the view from the Lanai, dining room or master bedroom it's a vista that can't grow old. The photographic opportunities continually present themselves. The rainbows, singles, doubles and possibly more were this condo's gift to my family. The Condo - Sufficient for basic needs but steals a star or two from that fabulous view. The Good: the couch and the master bed, comfy. The water, hot. The Average: appliances, carpet, curtains, other amenities, functional but very dated, very worn. Late 70's or early 80's builder grade everything and it's time has come. Tile, not carpet may be the better choice. The Not So Hot: the loft bed, like that Bob Seger song, "Like a Rock". The showers barely provided enough pressure to rinse yourself. Hot, but not invigorating. The Holy Crap, Please address this: Bugs! I cleaned dead bugs every morning when I got up. Often before I even made coffee. Since we shared the condo with lizards, I assume it was their droppings with the dead bugs and not mice but... Why bother with window screens? There are more places for small creatures to get in, and you could not stop them. Please caulk this condo. If interested, I have pictures. The Heat: Master bedroom, since the windows are sealed, no air could get to it. We bought a box fan for the MB, to add to the other fans, we left it, enjoy. Please, at least get a portable AC unit you can roll around or leave in the MB for sleeping. The living room, the trade winds are nice when they blow. When they don't, stuffy and sticky. The Property Management company: Very much a pleasure to deal with. Five Stars! My wife liked them too. Overall: This condo has such potential, it's a shame to not give it 5 stars with that view. Recommended, but with caveats.

Insane view!

This rental is like an infinity pool. No matter which room you are in, you can see is beautiful ocean and the famous Bali Hai mountain. Drinking coffee on this balcony is phenomenal. It had everything we needed for a great stay including beach chairs and towels.

Amazing location and very peaceful time in Princeville

Location was as advertised and check-in was very easy (picking up our welcoming package at the car rental location). The views from the unit was delightful and quite impressive. Unit was large and very welcoming.

Amazing views you can't beat!

It was so great! We came for our babymoon and couldn't be happier with our choice. The views were so overwhelmingly amazing! So much that when you were at home, you didn't feel like you were missing out on anything. Waking up with the sunrise every morning and watching the sunset in the evenings. It was magical. We had at least one rainbow every morning too. The only 2 things I'd mention is: 1) There was a lot of mouse droppings on the porch every morning and occasionally inside the condo. But we made sure to keep the screen doors closed at all times when we were home to avoid more coming in. So there was a little critter roaming about the house when we were gone or asleep. But since we never left out any food or anything, he didn't bother us or our stuff. And 2) in the afternoon right up until sunset, the living room and kitchen get pretty hot with the sun blasting in, so AC would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Thanks for having us! We will be back!

Amazing views!

There is an amazing view from every window of this lovely cliff top condo. We saw whales, turtles, dolphins and sea birds every day. The unit was wonderfully clean, well stocked with starter supplies and there was plenty of hot water. We will be back!

Breathtaking views from nearly everywhere in this condo.

I'm going to keep this brief. Book this place. You cannot imagine the views from this condo. The sunsets from the balcony are real life art and I cannot imagine a more stunning place on this planet. It's quiet, guests are very friendly, and the weather is fantastic. It is the rainy side of the island though so expect a few showers. BOOK IT!

The condo was nice but it was hot. The master bedroom windows are glued/nailed shut, and with a corner view, the room gets very hot, even with the fans going. (There is no AC) And with the windows sealed you cannot hear the surf even though it is right there. The unit is very dated, and some of the pillows were musty. On the positive side, it had great views, was clean, was very well stocked for kitchen utensils, and the grounds were very pretty. Overall it was nice, but a little pricey for the uncomfortable master bedroom situation.

Four of us stayed for three nights at this condo with fantastic views. The condo was very well equipped for our stay, with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and anything else we might possible have needed. We truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and relaxing there after a day of exploring the island. Being able to walk down to Hideaway Beach and snorkel was amazing. Would love to return some day!
