New to VRBO! See our 5-star reviews on AirBnB. Beautiful high-end, newly remodeled condo in stunning Princeville. These desirable condos have the best pool in Princeville. You are just minutes from the beach, golf courses, Hanalei, and the world-famous Napali Coast. This is the perfect place to experience everything Kauai has to offer!

Your private condo has a fabulous open kitchen with newly engineered stone counters, new stainless steel appliances, and a great new coffee maker. Dine in the dining area, at the kitchen island, or on our fabulous lanai. The master suite is large, and all linens are new and high-end. We offer new, medium firm, Tempurpedic mattresses in both rooms. The beds have comfortable mattress pads and down comforters. Don't worry about packing beach towels or beach chairs and a cooler. We have it. This is set in a quiet location overlooking a beautiful tropical garden. The gorgeous pool area has a hot tub, kid play area, waterfall, grills, and a covered kitchen/dining area.

Easy and convenient location that is close to Makai Golf Course, Queen's Bath, Princeville Center, and numerous fantastic north shore beaches. A lockbox holds the entry door key. The code will be with directions. There is a key to the pool in the condo. There is wireless internet, and the password is in the condo manual.

The condo has a new Tempurpedic mattress' with high-end linens. The kitchen is well stocked, including a coffee maker, espresso maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, and plenty of kitchen tools. The bathrooms have soft, high-end linens and a hairdryer, A washer, and a dryer in the condo. There is a comfortable office area with a scanner/printer/fax and high-speed internet for the traveling business person. There is eco-friendly LED lighting throughout the home. The garage has four bikes, four beach chairs, snorkel equipment, four boogie boards, and beach toys. There are even two sets of golf clubs!

The place was wonderful! Had everything that we needed, clean, spacious and a great location, beautiful common area pool and grounds and the host was responsive to our needs and questions. I would definitely come back, and would refer others to this lovely unit as well.

Princeville Paradise was a fabulous stay. The condo is very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Having a lower level unit was quite enjoyable while sitting on the lanai, amongst the beautiful trees and garden. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessary cooking amenities. The garage was a bonus. And it's filled with all the necessary items for the beach plus biking, ice chests, etc.Carla is very communicative and responsive. We had only one incident where an alarm was going off all night in the upstairs unit. She immediately helped resolve with the neighbor.This was my favorite rental in Princeville thus far. I highly recommend Carla's place and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! After spending three days backpacking the Kalalau Trail, we came here to relax for the rest of our vacation. Carla was awesome! She offered to hang on to our luggage while we were hiking and delivered it to the home before we arrived. The condo was so clean and well-maintained--and believe me, I'm a picky customer! The beds were comfy, the air conditioning was great, the kitchen had all that we needed to feel at home for several days. Location was awesome - close to everything we wanted to do and the garage was full of bikes, beach chairs, surf boards and coolers for our use! I would 100% recommend this Princeville Paradise and will be back again soon!

Amazing Place

Wow - what can I say about this property! IT WAS AMAZING! The furniture is outstanding, comfortable, classy and new. Loved that is was full air conditioning. Located in a great neighborhood literally minutes away from Queens bath. Loved having the bikes to ride around on, boogie boards and paddle boards along with coolers, chairs all provided. Honestly wish we would have stayed longer here than going down to Poipu. The host also provided a bag of Hawaii coffee which was fantastic since we arrived late the night before and everything was closed so it was a much appreciated in the morning with jet lag.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is very comfortable, clean, spacious and has great amenities. The home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped with lots of countertop space. There are plenty of supplied towels/linens/bedding and a large washer/dryer. The family room was spacious with nice furniture. There are multiple large screen TVs in family room/bedrooms and high-speed internet. Having A/C was nice since this was summer-time trip and temperature/humidity were high at times. There are two spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans, one a king size bed and the other a queen bed. There is also a Graco Pack and Play available for infants to sleep in. We had plenty of hot water and the sink/bath/shower faucets worked well to control the temperature setting. The outside covered patio had lots of seating (including table and chairs) which was nice to sit and relax in the mornings with a cup of coffee or evenings with a glass of wine. The patio faced the inner courtyard area of the complex which was beautifully landscaped. During our stay we saw and heard many songs birds in the courtyard. We also had access to the complex’s pool/spa which was just a few steps away from the condo. For going to the beach, the owner made available snorkeling gear, a large cooler, boogie boards, beach shade tent, and beach chairs. The host, Carla, was very responsive and helpful in answering our email questions.Thank you for letting us enjoy condo … we highly recommend this home and would love to come back!
