  • Ympäröimä vehreä lehtien kanssa taustalla kauniilla pohjoisrannalla vuoret, tämä ihana kaupunkitalo on erittäin kutsuva. Tyylikkäät kalusteet ja huomaavaiset mukavuudet lisäävät vieraiden mukavuutta ja nautintoa.

    Yläkerran olohuone on melko tilava, ja monet ikkunat tarjoavat avoimen ja ilmavan tunteen. Nauti trooppisista tuulista rentoutuessasi Lanai-alueella auringonlaskun värikkäillä taivailla keskellä ja milloin tahansa.

    Tässä upeassa kodissa on kaksi isäntäsviittiä, joissa on kaksi pesuallasta kylpyhuoneissa, joten se on täydellinen kahdelle pariskunnalle. Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Was able to check in after office hours. Very quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors.

It was an awesome experience. We plan to come back and hopefully get the same condo. There is no AC. We kept the windows open. Some window screens had damage and some bugs were able to enter. There were maybe 5 roaches and one bit my wife. There were also a couple of lizards that scared my son. We are in Kauai so we expected some bugs. I am going to miss this place and the chickens.

The process is easy and the staff is capable, professional and full of Aloha. This townhome we recently stayed in was three stories and had steps but we had packed pretty light and didn’t have much to carry up or down. This home just had a brand new refrigerator delivered as we were leaving and all other appliances worked well. The coffee maker is a drip and there are the appropriate filters in a cabinet.The king-size bed was very comfortable. Bring shampoo, there is none provided. You park your vehicle in the garage, so a smaller vehicle would be easier to maneuver in and out of the single car garage. Beach chairs and even a cart was located in the garage. A great stay.

Beautiful Views

The views in this property are stunning. Every day we enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. The mountains are breathtaking. We loved the location. It was close to Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach where we spent a lot of time. Princeville has all you need. We enjoyed the Princeville art night on Sunday. It was fun and we loved the Filipino food tent, it was very good. Location is really good on this VRBO. The property is in a small gated community and the grounds are very well kept up. The pool area is nice and there is a grill. The property is spacious with a full laundry room. The 3 bedrooms are spacious & the three bathrooms worked great for us. Beds were comfortable. It is a tri level with stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare meals. The garage has beach chairs and all you need for a great beach day. There is a parking spot & the garage for parking. There isn’t air conditioning and we kept the windows open. It cooled down at night. No AC wasn’t an issue for us because we were out and about exploring during the day. The property management is fantastic and always willing to help. They were great to work with. We had a late flight and were able to purchase a late check out which allowed us to enjoy an additional day at the beach before leaving. I would stay again. The stairs and no AC wasn’t an issue for us.

The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location was fantastic, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. We did have a small issue with the washing machine, but when we reached out, the hosts were very understanding and apologized right away. They were incredibly warm and thoughtful—welcoming us with Kauai coffee and cookies, which was such a lovely touch. We stayed for seven days and had a great experience overall. We would definitely book again on our next visit.

The owner obviously cares about the property from impressions while we were there. There was beach gear, cooler for storing drinks while at the beach and on the road. The neighborhood was very quiet. We (50+ YOA siblings and wife) would stay here again. The rental management company answered all of our questions and gave us very useful info for touring the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we were 2 couples and our adult son who enjoyed our stay at Kamalii 50. We have always stayed walking distance from Tunnels but rates have sky rocketed, so we chose this instead. Beautiful home, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean, nice community, the pool and hot tub were nice after a long day in the sun. We found our place to walk to for sunset and enjoyed strolling the golf course trails.

Perfect home base for a family of five

We loved this condo for our family of five. Place was very clean and we were very comfortable during our stay. The house was thoughtfully stocked with most of the basic things we needed and I really appreciated that. Location was perfect and so many places you can walk to from the condo. Will be back!

The home has a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, body boards, snorkel gear, and beach toys - this was so helpful and appreciated. The unit is close to the pool which is open for night swimming that feels so good after a warm day. Fans are in each room in lieu of A/C. The villas are in a safe community, not far off the highway, so you are not winding around deep into a neighborhood just to get back to home base - go to North Shore General Store right next to the gas station in Princeville and order a burger from Fina at the counter, she’s the best! Kauai Vacation Rentals provided wonderful customer service and is in a very easy to find location a few minutes from the airport. This villa made our stay feel like home away from home!

Great Condo for family of 5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for our week long family vacation. Every child had their own bed, no need to share and with three bathrooms it was easy for our family to shower after the ocean! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the gadgets we needed to cook all meals in the condo. Bonus was that there were beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys on the garage as well. It did get a tiny bit hot without air conditioning, but there were plenty of fans for every room!
