”Staff were lovely”

”We stayed one night at the hotel. It was easy to find and had a good car park. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got information of restaurants nearby where we could have dinner. It was a 15 minute walk to the nearest restaurants. The room was quite small, but had all we needed. The breakfast was tasty :) ”

”Nice walking distance to Emsworth railway station. Staff friendly and helpful. An old building which is more of an Inn than a hotel. Car park is monitored by ANPR system. Patrons of the bar must register their vehicles at the bar (cannot return in less than 2 hours). Hotel guests register when they check in - not aware of any time restrictions. No breakfast facilities available so I suggest a list of nearby cafes that can offer this being provided.”

”It was close to Cosham”

”Location not in walking distance of anything such as stores or railways. Short drive to Portsmouth Harbour. Quiet area.”

”The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available.”

”Ideal stay.. clean rooms.. lovely polite staff..wonderful breakfast..hotel located close to coastal walks which was what we were looking for..”

”Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. In spite of how busy it was the staff coped really well and were cheerful to boot.”

”Worth the money! Parking was easy.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay.”

”I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.”

”Hotelli on lähellä kaikkia kauppat. Auton pysäköinti on helppoa. Itse hotelli on rakenettu 1700 luvulla ja historiallinen. Huonemme oli iso ja mukava. Ainoa puute oli pieni jääkaapi. Palvelu toimii. Ravintola ja ruokka on hyvä ja väki kohteliatta ja mukavia. Huulen heittoa toimii. Suositelemme.”
