We stay at this hotel anytime we visit family, even when other chains cost less. The staff is always great, the swim center is top notch, and the location in Wheeling is great. The bonus: the very social fish in the lobby tank!

Did not like the fact that I could not connect to the phone number given on the site. I called 25 times without being able to talk. I got lucky that I found someone on the location who knew where the keys were. The stove was not working when I reached. The electric kettle was not working.
