”Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.”

”I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!”

”Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again”

”Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee. All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in...

”I felt I was in an Agatha Christie story for the whole stay! We felt very welcome all the time, and the atmosphere was excellent. Ian offered us warm and friendly service throughout the stay. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We wish to come again, hopefully during the summer season! ”

”A very nice guest house in a perfect location for the beach front, town centre & local amenities. My room was very pleasant with a comfortable double bed. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, chocolates & biscuits also provided. The staff were very friendly, particularly Sue, the landlady, who was there to welcome me upon my arrival. Breakfast was delicious & cooked to order. I would definitely book again on a future visit. ”

”The lady that helped me at breakfast was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough. Gave advice at what was on offer for me who is gluten and dairy intolerant. The breakfast was amazing, the best I've had. ”

”Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at...

”This hotel has very extensive building work and has scaffolding outside the building . The pool changed room where closed and it would have been nice to have a robes. We had a room in the roof . Room was quite cold but very clean . ”

”Very friendly hosts, room clean and great food. Accommodation at a very affordable price. Check in time limited ? at this time of year only? A couple of glitches but quickly and efficiently dealt with and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you ”

”Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place. ”

”Lovely property, clean, well maintained room. Within 10 mins walk of town centre pubs/bars and restaurants. 15 mins walk to Tramway stop for Great Orme and seafront. Similar time to the west shore the other way. Friendly owner and staff, would definately recommend for short stays in Llandudno”
