”The hotel smells awful. We walked in and the lobby was dirty. The front desk staff was the most unprofessional and not friendly at all. The agent Jasmine had the worst attitude and not pleasant. The room had stains on their couch and then housekeeping forgot to clean our room. They didn’t offer to switch rooms when I complained about the room not being cleaned- instead Jasmine said she can give us new sheets but we had to make our on bed. ”

Only thing that threw me off was the key situation… every time I came back, my key wouldn’t work. Had me going back and forth to the front desk just to get it reactivated or replaced. Not the worst experience, just inconvenient for sure.”

”So there was only one elevator that was working, and the one that was working was moving slowly. The room was actually great! The breakfast was good, and the property was, too. The check-in process was very long. The price was great! Overall, it was a good stay with minor adjustments. ”

I'm doing this.they make sure there are ko refunds because when you alright at the hotel, you will not be pleased with the esthetics, service or the accommodations I do not recommend this place. I was too afraid to eat breakfast. Do not patronize this place. It must be a franchise, low quality accommodations.”

”It was a little mix up on some paperwork that was lost but overall the staff really turned it around made me feel comfortable and overall win the best services I've ever had in a motel stay with recommend staying here to anyone and real safe with police presents patrolling for families or and it was kids or loved ones a bit by far I would give them a six star rating out of a 1 to 5 enjoy my stay here and we do it over and over again if I needed to thanks to the great stuff and it is also...

”Arrived at breakfast approximately 20 minutes before it ended. Egg “patties” were burned along edges and sides. Very limited on bread choices. Sausage was gone ( some was brought out when I was ready to leave the area) coffee basically brown water. Toilet floor flange leaked Sink stopper did not work. I reserved a king bed and was put in a queen. Disappointed ”

”I got a room which had strong cigarettes odour. Didn't get a good night sleep. The room is outdated and could sure use an upgrade. For breakfast, there was just coffee and muffins nothing else. Positive note, friendly staff. Thank you ”

”Location, amenities, breakfast, and parking were all Hampton Inn standards. House keeping was horrible. Stayed 4 nights and they never once came in our room. Front desk couldn’t tell me why. I did not used the do not disturb… we were out of the room every morning by 8am.”
