”This place was unexpectedly great. It’s only a few years old but it’s been well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym is very well equipped. The pool, while small, is nice and not overly chlorinated. And the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and a great alternative to the much higher priced spots in Bend.”

”Room 308 was next to the elevator and huge parking lot lights were outside and you can't blackout the light. No shampoo or tissue.”

”The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

”The manager was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a complete kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes etc, and unexpected surprise! Although the property seems a bit dated, it is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!”

”The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot. The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day. The sauna was not working and ultimately appeared broken. The restaurant apparently only works on reservations, which was not made apparent in anyway. Instead of being honest about their bookings, restaurant hostess kept delaying the waitlist time and we eventually left after being told to wait 2...

”The front desk ladies where nice it was easy checking in the bed was not comfortable at all and they need better pillows my girlfriends back was pretty sore after staying there”
