"We stayed at Ca' Tessera Venice Airport and found the place itself to be charming and peaceful, with a nice swimming pool. However, a few things made the stay less smooth than expected. The bathroom had no hooks for towels, and there were no hooks in the entryway for jackets, which made the room less functional than expected. The front desk was staffed by only one person, who was kind and tried to be helpful, but there were a lot of guests and waiting times were long, making even simple things feel like a hassle. We had also expected an on-site restaurant based on the hotel’s description, but there wasn’t one. The staff did kindly arrange a ride to a nearby restaurant, which worked out fine but again added a layer of effort we hadn’t planned for. Another awkward moment: we were told to go upstairs and turn left to reach our room, which accidentally led us through a seminar in progress in a shared meeting space—not ideal and a bit embarrassing. In summary, Ca' Tessera has potential and a few nice features, especially if you want something close to the airport, but the lack of small details and some logistical hiccups took away from the overall ease of the stay."
