”Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible...

”The Inn was clean and well appointed with guest amenities and had plenty of parking. They could do better with their coffee service in the morning having it out earlier and making sure it’s hot”

”The only issue was the screen door to the balcony was old and didn’t lock. We kept the door open anyway to hear the river. I was a little concerned someone might walk in when we were asleep. Otherwise a great spot right on the river!”

”This is a great hotel in the perfect location. The room with the sofa bed and two TV's was nice. However, the directv satellite was in and out all night which is understandable because there were storms in the area. The heat and A/C were also not like other hotels. The machines only do so much. When I was there it was May and I just opened the window and door to the porch. The porch was also great for relaxing.”

”This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...
