”The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”

”It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...

”Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it...

”The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that.”

”Die Zimmer sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht, ich denke, so war es auch gedacht. Wenn Sie also nur eine Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen richtigen Urlaub ist es nicht so toll. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom Herzen des Times Square entfernt. Das Personal ist gut.”

”Das OYO Times Square war der perfekte Ort für meine Reise nach New York zum Jahresende. Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
