”I would like to speak with someone about a redund or credit to my acount. I was unable to stay the last night due to no power and no elevator from the 5th floor. All my refrigerated items were lost and that was our dinner and desssert as well as the milk to drink. The first morning we were given access to a different room to shower in and get ready for a funeral and were told all things would be good by 9am. ”We go here very frequently and take our pet too. The hotel rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good too with an omelette counter. ”

”Staff was polite and willing to wait for us even though we arrived in the wee hours. The king size bed was so soft, my back hurt really bad during the night. Other than that, the rooms were great and had shower products available. Walls were a bit thin so I could hear the people next door talking and snoring. Location is great and a quick drive into downtown Newport. We didn't like the free breakfast at all.”
