Bedroom 1:
Queen bed, a dedicated workspace with a porch view, a walk-in closet, an in-room safe, and access to a private deck. The en-suite full bathroom includes a toilet and walk-in shower with a double-sink vanity.

Bedroom 2:
Queen bed with a walk-in closet and a separate toilet and walk-in shower en-suite.

Living Room:
A comfortable gathering space with a queen sofa bed, a Smart TV, and easy flow into the dining area.

Kitchen & Dining:
A full kitchen outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, blender, coffee maker and filters, toaster, and all the cookware, dishes, and glassware you'll need, plus a dedicated dining table.

Office Space:
A separate room with a door — ideal for guests who need to work remotely, backed by reliable wifi.

Outdoor Living:
A private patio/balcony with outdoor furniture, a porch or veranda, and outdoor dining — plus a lake view to enjoy your morning coffee by.

A community pool (open all year, 24 hours), a shared laundry area just outside the building with a free washer-dryer combo, and one free assigned parking space (park right in the driveway in front of the unit, past the main gate).

Please note that this two-bedroom unit is located on the upper floor of a two-unit property. A separate studio is located on the ground floor, and each unit has its own private entrance. While you'll have your own private space, we kindly ask that you be considerate of neighboring guests during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment sits in Venetian Road Settlement, a quiet residential pocket of Providenciales overlooking Flamingo Lake's mangrove wetlands — the source of the lake view. The road is well-maintained with security after dark.

Grace Bay Beach and Coral Gardens Reef are roughly a 2-mile drive away. A rental car is recommended.

Getting Around:
Free parking is available on-site, with one designated space in the driveway right in front of the unit.

A car is recommended to get the most out of the island — Grace Bay's beaches, restaurants, and shops are about a 10-minute drive away, and a major supermarket is close by.

Rideshare and taxi services are also available on Providenciales for guests who prefer not to drive.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that our property is located in a natural, country setting where you may occasionally encounter local wildlife or insects, such as ants, beetles, flies, bees, hornets, scorpions, and other native bugs. While we have regular professional pest control and maintain high cleanliness standards, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 9 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security cameras: Exterior security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes (none inside the unit).
- Pool safety: There is no lifeguard on duty, and diving is not permitted. Children should be supervised at all times while using the pool.
- Pool temperature: The pool is not heated, so water temperature will vary with the season.
- Quiet hours: Please be mindful of neighbors between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events are permitted. A $300 penalty applies for smoking violations.
