”This place is 5/5 stars but on the last night at the resort, I encounter the only staff person I have come across that was not professional and friendly. The beach is lovely, the food is delicious. The bar drinks are probably the best I had while I was there. The workers like Sherman and Kendro were phenomenal. The check-in process was so simple and flawless. The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful for getting around the island and getting a cab for you. I had my own private driver and...
”We had a great week long stay in late August; yes it’s hurricane season but there are hardly any tourists around!!! Great staff at the Ritz:Including Latoya and Theresa at the restaurant and Calvin at the pool. This was our second stay and WE WILL BE BACK!!!”
