”Fantastic place, lives up to its reputation. The staff there couldnt have been more friendly, Mike behind the bar is a star and the guys down the beach were very helpful, Alex and Jimmy (didn't get the rest of the guys names) but always there when you need them. ”The hotel was great, the views are amazing and the staff friendly! Breakfast was served at our own balcony/terrace, which was really nice. ”The room was fantastic - just as pictured and ready early! We had a great stay. We stayed in the newer suites and they are in a convenient location in Fira, just 5-10 minutes walk from the main stretch and there’s a small market next door. Highly recommend. ”Excellent hotel with good quality-price ratio. Right next to Caldera View and center of Fira and still very quiet. Breakfast was awesome, large buffet selection and in addition freshly baked toasts, fresh fruits etc. Very good cleanliness. Great service, e.g. transport service to airport. Environmental aspects should be taken better into account (e.g. I bet nobody needs a new pair of slippers packed in plastic wrap every day). Overall very good choice if planning accommodation in Fira.”

Lovely cave room and amazing views
"Very lovely ”cave” apartment with amazing sunset views from the balcony. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is super clean. Bed and pillows were bit hard. Very steep stairs, we didn’t mind but for some they might be too much. But really close to everything, for example 5-10 minutes walk to the bus station and nearest restaurants are few minutes away. I would love to see more environmental thinking, like chance to tell the house keeping not to change towels or bed sheets. Now they do it every day. Also recycling system would be great. "
