”The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. ”Fabulous hotel well situated on Kaanapali Beach close to shopping with excellant snorkeling at Black Rock and even right in front of the hotel. Not a cheap stay. 50$ a day for parking and 50$ a day resort amenity charge are both over the top. Restaurants on the property are ok. Get an ocean view room. It is worth the extra money. Check in was painfully slow but once we got everything sorted out our family had a great time. Golf course next to the resort is excellent.”

”A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". ”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! All the neccessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast, lunch ot whatever. Microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The bed was excellent to sleep in.
