”I paid over $350.00/nite and had to pay $25/nite for parking, given a drink voucher for 2 drinks/nite, food was terrible. Not even as close to other Embassy Suites I have stayed at. I would not recommend this property at all”

”We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in downtown Grand Rapids! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed.
One of the highlights of our stay was watching the fireworks from the Jdek. It was such a fun experience, and the food they served was absolutely amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

”We booked this hotel for the evening as we had a concert at Acrisure. The room was well appointed and clean. The location was perfect to walk to dinner and then to the concert. We had drinks and an appetizer in the hotel lobby prior to dinner and a late night drink in the Lumber Baron bar when we returned from the show. Both experiences were lovely. Had a quick lunch at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck before heading home. We live locally, but have not stayed here since our wedding night 26 years...

”This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

The pool and jacuzzi are nice.
The rooms were spacious, have all you need and the staff already had the play for my baby in the room.
